I am a man who believes in hard work, commitment and dedication. Its what has fueled me the past decade in the sport of running/triathlons.
As the years pass by I look at running and how it changes lives. How it pushes you to new levels of belief. It stimulates a passion that nothing else comes near. I now want to pass my energy and fuel onto you and push you with my Motivation and drive to new roads that have not been stepped foot on.

I started training with Mark early Feb 2020! I’ve tried loads of different running apps over the years but never really stuck to them. Marks constant motivation and support made me push harder then I ever would have by training alone.
It’s now coming to the end of April 2020 and I can confidently say I can jog 5 km at a comfortable pace. Sticking to Marks customized plan I will be on track to reaching my 10 km goal in the next few weeks.
